Share the main production processes of aluminum alloy profiles

发布时间:2020-08-20 11:55:40      点击次数:1382

The aluminum alloy profile, which is the raw material of the aluminum alloy box, is used as a spare material for the production of aluminum alloy boxes, so its production process largely determines the quality of the aluminum alloy boxes produced. Aluminum alloy profiles mainly include three major processes: casting, extrusion and coloring.

1. Casting: The first process of aluminum alloy profile production:

It mainly includes the following 3 processes:

1. Ingredients: According to the specific alloy * number that needs to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials.

2. Melting: Put the prepared raw materials into the smelting furnace to melt according to the process requirements, and remove the slag and gas in the melt through degassing and slagging refining methods.

3. Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cold* cast into round casting rods of various specifications through the deep well casting system.

2. Extrusion: The method of forming aluminum alloy profile:

First, a mold is made according to the profile product, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold by an extruder. During extrusion, an air-cooling quenching process and subsequent artificial aging process are used to complete the heat treatment strengthening.

3. Coloring: The extruded aluminum alloy profile has poor surface corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance, so it is usually treated by oxidation.

The oxidation treatment includes the following 3 processes:

1. Surface pretreatment: Use chemical or physical methods to clean the surface of aluminum alloy profiles. The pure matrix is good for obtaining a complete and dense artificial oxide film.

2. Cationic oxidation: After surface pretreatment, under certain process conditions, cationic oxidation will occur on the surface of the substrate to form a dense, porous, and strong adsorption film.
